issues getting past login prompt

I've seen this issue before but mine is asking me to login repetedly and it will never let me use the application. After I login it just prompts the same login window again-and-again. I've tried uninstalling every application AND creative cloud and no luck. I've also gone into the keychain per the suggestion on another thread and deleted somethings there but still nothing.
