Issues installing InDesignCC2014. Getting this message — Error:5

Hello. i just installed indesign CC 2014 on both the mac in the studio and the computer in the home office. I used the new version of InDesign to work on a on a current project, and now that i’m trying to open the same file at home the new indesign won’t launch. If fact the app won’t open at all. Instead I get this error message:

Error:5

I need to finish this job tonight, and now i’m locked out of the file because i updated the app at work, and it’s failing to open at home. Please help, urgent. How do i get the app to install on the home Mac. I’ve tried installing twice. All other AdobeCC 2014 products working well. OS is 10.9.2.

    Please try the steps mentioned in the KB : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html

    Although it's for Error 16 but applies for Error 5 as well.
