Issues installing Premiere Elements 14 on Win 10. [Was: Steve13031955]

I purchased a new lenova desk top pc with windows 10, I have loaded adobe premiere elements 14 which has loaded sucseessfully. after putting in my serial number the programe startys to load, after a few minutes it apears to have completly loaded but on finishing says there is an error, the pc tells me toreboot carry out scans and reload.

This I have done several time with no luck, please has anyone any ideas

uninstall pre 14 if it's listed in your control panel>uninstall panel.

clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

restart your computer

reinstall pre 14.
