Issues whith Photoshop Download?

HI,I don't know why the Creative downloader isn't' letting me download Photoshop?  I have paid the monthly subscription and downloaded Lightroom and Bridge but when I click to install Photoshop the downloader just goes white and nothing else.  I do not get the timer at the top just white nothing.Anyone got any ideas as I am thinking of cancelling as I will not pay £7.50 a Month for Lightroom alone!Phil

Hi Rajshree,Thank you for the reply, I looked at them all and had a go, but still no solution. I could not find the actual download CC log file suggested? have now even tried renaming the System 32/ Drives/ Etc file and moving it to my desktop but still no joy. I am beginning to think I will have to reformat my p.c. to be able to load this bloody program! I do think Adobe needs to do some work to make this less painful if this is the route they are taking.So far 24hrs of annoyance for my money.Are there anymore suggestions?Phil
