Issues With Incompatible Mac Computer and Creative Suite

Question

Hi, I'm trying to download Illustrator on my 2013 Macbook Pro Retina and I can't figure out why it wont work for me. Every time I try, I get the notification saying that my system is not adequate. I reviewed all of the system requirements and cannot determine what my issue is. I believe I have all of the necessary storage space. Has anyone else tried downloading and Creative Suite programs on this same laptop or even a Mac and know what my issue is? Thanks!

Hi Rebeccab33852950,As you have mentioned you want to install Adobe Illustrator on your Mac computer however it fails with an error that all the system requirements are not met.As stated by John please let us know exactly which version of Adobe Illustrator you want to install on your machine ( eg: Creative Suite 6, Creative Cloud).Meanwhile you may review the system requirements for all the Adobe Illustrator CC versions here: Adobe Illustrator system requirements.If you want to install an older version then refer to Older versions of Adobe Illustrator system requirements.Awaiting your response.

Hi,I have exactly the same problem, I have mac pro retina, system is adequate for programms that I would like to download. What is more the trial versions of Illustrator and Photoshop worked perfectly fine. I dont know what is wrong. Could you help?
