Issues with installing Adobe Photoshop for trial

Question

I have previously downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and InDesign in my ThinkPad.  Now I would like to learn about Adobe Photoshop and just went in to download a free trial.  After 30 min, it still indicates 10%.  Any ideas why, it is not installed completely?

Espchui5, are you installing Photoshop on a computer and network that you own and maintain?  If so, then please verify the computer and network allow access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.  To evaluate or utilize an individual membership, you must have access to all of the servers and ports that are listed.
