Issues with Reader

Hi All

I have been experiencing problems with my PDF files. Each time i open a file, it will close all by itself within seconds. I've deleted, redownloaded and restarted Reader several times without any help. It's gotten really frustrating. Please help!

right click a pdf and click "run as administrator".

any problem? if yes:

run the cleaner: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

then install acrobat reader: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html

(untick mcafee)
