Issues with Sign in button on Internet Explorer

Hello,

We are experiencing issues with the sign in & my libraries function while using internet explorer. We currently have the most up to date version, and the cache/cookies have been cleared multiple times.

Any time we go to select the sign in option, we are able to "click" the button, but receive no feedback (nothing happens). Has anyone else experienced this? Tech support wants me to send a screen shot to take a look, but I'm afraid the screen shot won't actually show anything, because nothing is happening.

I wondering if I need to take this to our internal tech team, or if it is an Adobe compatibility problem others have experienced/overcome?

Internet explorer is scrap and should be avoided where possible. Ie will not evolve very much and if you are not bound to ie you should change to Edge, Firefox, Chrome or a different browser.

I'm having the same issue with Chrome and Firefox. When the sign-in page loads, my username is entered automatically, the continue button is automatically engaged, the screen flashes and loops back to the sign-in page where it begins again. An endless loop. This happens even when I attempt to launch from the Creative Cloud, where I'm already signed in. I've been trying to access Spark and Lightroom. See MP4 video in DropBox here.

Please advise.

I, too, am having this endless loop of the sign-on screen reloading over and over again. I was even advised to change my password when trying to log in using an incognito window.

I'm using Chrome and it's up to date, as is my 2019 Macbook Pro. Was Spark hacked or what?
