Issues with subscription over my debit card

I am trying to subscribe for the photography plan as I want to start paying for the service and product but it's not accepting my cards, keeps telling me my info is incorrect. I have tried every of my cards that I have, I am from Nigeria. Is there any possible solution to this please?

or contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
