Istallation download Blocked

I bought yesterday the Full Package, but the download is blocked at 21.5%, I tried many times to cancel and start again, but it stops every time at 21.5%!!

Shy89, if you are running macOS 10.15 then you are likely running into problems with the remaining 32-bit components and applications on the computer.  You can use the CC Cleaner Tool to remove all currently installed Adobe software and then begin the installation process.  You can download the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

Yes, it also stops at the same %. I tried to contact support this morning, but they have NEVER answered me. 😞

Shadsi, what type of computer are you installing the Creative Cloud applications on?  What operating system are you running?  Is there any other Adobe software installed on the computer?
