IT Factory Download of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11?

I purchased a download for Adobe Photoshop Elements from ITFactory... When I go to the download it offers the Trial Download... not the full version I purchased. Called the IT Factory Rep. He gave up in frustration and referred me to Adobe... How do I get my purchased download of the full version
