If you have a paid-for plan, what account did you take it out with?

You say you can't login - but WHAT are you trying to login to? Adobe have so many choices, we have to figure out which area you're in.

May I ask you witch Adobe product you are using? Generally, Adobe Creative Cloud lets you log-in with your Adobe ID when you start an Adobe CC program. If the wrong person is signed in, you can sign out that person:

But I do not think that this matches your problem.
