it keeps telling me that im running a system that the program no longer supports, how do i know what needs to be changed and how do i change it?

Hi,This Refers to the Operating system you are on .In case you are trying to install creative cloud and you get this pop Up , this means the version of operating system is no more supported by the Software . Are you using Windows comp or Mac ? Also specify version of Operating System .

When exactly are you getting this message?

If you are using Mac , we need to check with Year and the model number to check whether the computer is qualified for upgrading and same thing for PC.
