It's been YEARS. And yet the CC app is till unreliable rubbish

I'm sorry Adobe, you cash hoovering is faultless.

But your CC app remains an unstable piece of absolute rubbish. I have constant issues with it, and it has been years. It is beyond frustrating (and costly) when I have deadlines to meet and your Watchdog app a) lists apps I have installed and running as not installed and b) it logs me out automatically every few minutes.

I used to really love – and believe in – Adobe products. But you have become a greedy and inconsiderate monster. I've had enough.

i've had every version of the cc app installed since adobe changed from perpetual licenses to subscription on 5 pcs and 2 macs with 5 different os'es and, like the majority of users, i've never had a problem.

however, some users, like you, do have problems.  are you looking for help solving your problems or did you just want to voice your unhappiness?

Do I want help? In a way yes. But what I really want is Adobe to fix glaringly issues. You say you've been around, so you too can sense the souring relationship between Adobe and professionals that use their software. It's not me mate, it's thousands of us. Getting actual answers here is rare. Getting from somebody who actually works for Adobe speeds the process up x-fold, but that is a momentous occasion.

Do I want to voice my unhappiness? That too, only nobody from Adobe ever takes note, so I am really just wasting time, energy and bandwidth while I think of a nice way to tell a client that we need to reschedule that imminent call so that I can restart the circus and hope that the tent stays up and the monkeys don't have the keys to the lion cage. And not have the client lose interest and visit the aquarium instead.
