It's impossible for me to install Creative Cloud, even when I've paid for this product. Unbelievable!

Please tell us which OS version are you using? Please close Creative Cloud installer and follow the below mentioned steps.


1. Remove Creative Cloud app -

2. Install Creative Cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html
