It's near impossible to get any support from Arobe team

For some reason Adobe decided to charge double the price wich was in our original agreement for 1-year subscription with monthly payment of Adobe Creative cloud.

Current subscription will expire next month, on october 21.

I have been trying to reach customer service for a few days and it appears there are some webpages with instructions and nothing else, no real human being is there to help.

Since it's near impossible to reach Afobe customer support would you get a lawyer and report such case?

you're welcome.

p.s. to see the chat window you must use a compliant (with js enabled that allows popups) browser.  the quickest solution is usually to just use a different browser.

you can also use a telephone and twitter.

phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

to use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

How have you been trying to conact Adobe? I'd suggest you try going through the online chat:
* Go to
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
* In the chat area (lower right), type AGENT.
* Wait patiently for a real person to start talking and then you can explain your situation.

Wish you the best.

Thank you, Dean, unfortunately, there is no chat area visible on that page for me.

So a window doesn't pop up as below?

Try https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and look for a chat icon in the botom right to click. Can you see it?
I am using Chrome browser.
