It says I have the product but I don't

Hi, I am having a really annoying problem that never ends what ever I do its like a challnege to end this problem. So basically I downloaded Creative Cloud app to get Adobe After Effects cc I installed Adobe After Effects cc as a trial but I did not like the app so I uninstalled it but a few weeks later I wanted Adobe After Effects cc again and I really need it but when I open Creative Cloud to get it again it says I already have it in my apps I restarted my computer nothing worked I uninstalled Creative Cloud and installed it again it says the same Adobe After Effects cc is in my apps but I have already uninstalled it so how can I fix this problem
