It says that my product code is invalid to get my serial number. How do I fix this?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium and installed it on a computer that is now dead.  I tried to regain my serial number to install it on my new computer, but it keeps telling me that my product code is invalid.  How do I install this on my new computer?
