It seems a "trap". You can not find how to close the account

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have realized that I Have an account with Adobe since the beginning of 2018 and that I have never used it (...because I didn't know to have it)

Now I want to delete it and to do it..... I have to call them during my work time.

No e-mail address...non call center after 16:00  etc etc..

Is it a "trap" ...so it will be not easy ( better ....very difficult) "to leave Adobe" ?

I hope someone helps me.

I have never wanted to have an account with Adobe ...

Contact Customer Care and ask to get your account removed.

It is not possible to create an Adobe id, if you did not confirm your e-mail. So you need to have done that or someone having access to your e-mail address did that.

It is not a trap, though I do not know if they actually remove accounts, regardless of whether or not you have something in the account.  Give them a call and see if they can delete your account/information... they can not force you into buying something if that is your worry.
