It SHOULD be simple - but I can't find how to download PEPE products

Hi,

I've got a number of Adobe products already installed on my PC and this morning I bought a combined PhotoShop/Premiere elements.  for the life of me, I just can't find out how to download the product(s).

Got the eMail OK and clicked on the 'Get Started' hyperlink.  That brought me in to the 'accounts.adobe.com' page where I'm told I should be able to find 'My Orders' page and to locate the specified order in the eMail.  There are 'Overview'  'Profile'  'Plans',  'Plans'  Communication'  tabs - no 'My Orders' adn neither is 'My Orders' in any of those tabs.  FRUSTRATING

Anyone know where 'My Orders' can be found?

As you have mentioned you have purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements today and would like to download and install them, to do so please use the below links:

Download Adobe Premiere Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15

Download Photoshop Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15

For future reference: If you would like to know how you can locate your purchases in your Adobe account kindly refer to Find downloaded apps and files.

Log in to your Adobe ID account to download an app that you purchased from the Adobe online store, or to download a previous version of an app. A history of your ESD purchases from the Adobe Store is available in your Adobe account.

  • Access your Adobe ID account online, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
  • In the navigation bar at the top, click the Plans tab.
  • In the left pane, click Order history.
  • Under Order History, click the order number for the app you are looking for.
  • On the order page, under Items, find the app you want to download, and click Downloads and serial numbers.

    Ah, I see now - it is in the 'Plans' tab under 'Order History' - had missed that.
