It takes a very long time to install apps. Please fix the servers.

I have no problems with updates. 

I’m on a fairly fast fiber optic internet connection. Most updates occur in less than 30 seconds.

Maybe something is blocking your connection— a firewall, antivirus or file backup system.

I reviewed your other discussion, How can I make Adobe work with two Microsoft accounts?, and noticed you've also reported issues with Creative Cloud updates, installations, and Adobe applications launching under a second Windows user profile:

Based on those reports, the slow installs and updates may be related to a single underlying issue rather than to Adobe's update servers.

Most customers are not currently experiencing Creative Cloud updates that take 20 minutes or more to complete, so we'd like to understand better what's happening on your system.

When you encounter these slow installs or updates:

• Does this occur with every Adobe application or only specific apps?
• Are you updating through the Creative Cloud desktop application?
• Does the behavior occur in both Windows user accounts or only one?
• Do you receive any error messages during the install or update process?

most of us don’t see this problem. eg,  ps completed its update yesterday within 20 seconds.
