It won't Let Me update my payment details

I have been getting that a lot when I tried to renew my payment details. It won't Let me. To be honest I don't know what is wrong. My card is working just fine and it is valid till 2020. I tried doing it in another browser, tried renewing on phone, on laptop, on ipad, and on pc. But Still NOTHING seems to work... Can someone enlighten me of what is happening ? thanks.
