It works but nothing appears

hi everybody

I deleted some files on my computer
Then when I run an Adobe program
It works but nothing appears as in the picture

1. Recharge your device.

2. Use Adobe's Cleaner Tool to wipe all apps from your system.

3. Restart device.

4. Reinstall Creative Cloud followed by Illustrator, etc...
