Just bought Creative Cloud and it keeps asking for a serial number?

I was using the trail version of Creative Cloud and I just bought the software for a year.. however it keeps asking me for a serial number that I so obviously don't have.... I have even tried redownloading it and it asks the same thing. My trial has expired so there's literally no way around it. Help?

Excuse me GautamBahl  But that link is utter useless.. I'm livid with adobe poor serive. Adobe's been obviously very good at taking payment  for the last 2 months, but now that my trail period is up I'm stuck with out a paddle. Ive read all the forums and this is the most retarded glitch!!! WTF!!! I'm still none the wiser and deadline are rolling...

WBeeslaar if you are being prompted for a serial number then it means your computer is currently unable to contact our activation server.  Were you able to complete the steps in Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 successfully?  Are you on a managed network?
