You can, without a problem, install and activate CC on the new computer.  Just install your programs and sign in.

If you go over the 2 activations, you can simply deactivate one of the 2 old ones. The greatest challenge will be your settings as they do not follow the new computer.

BTW: you could even work with MacOS and Windows computer without a hassle. CC allows you to use both OSes.

Your subscription allows for up to two activation's so no need to cancel and start a new account.
