Just installed Bridge, but it constantly freezes, the system gives me "Not Responding" notifications asking me to shut the program down or wait.  I usually wait and it will recover in another 15-30 seconds.  This happens when conducting simple tasks like scrolling through photos and right-clicking on an image.  At the same time, Lightroom is working perfectly with no issues regardless of task.

Running a brand new Dell XPS 8700 desktop with i7 processor, 12 GB of ram, Windows 8.1.  AVG antivirus installed, but I disabled it and the glitch still occurs.  No other antivirus software, only preinstalled programs aside from Adobe CC products.

Adobe support sucks.  Nonexistent.  Why can't I get support for my problem?  Going to cancel my membership if I can't get some support from an Adobe representative.

    Did you tried resetting preferences?

Refer below link and try  :

    https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge-windows.html

As mentioned in the Document .

    • Check whether the Bridge is up to date . if there is update available update it.
    • Reset Preferences and Purge Cache .

Then launch Bridge cc app and check.

Still same ??? feel free to post
