Just loaded CS5.5 Production premium onto my iMac and I am getting an error message when I try to open Premier Pro i.e., [/Volumes/BuildDisk/builds/Mulder64/shared/adobe/MediaCore/ASL/Foundation/Make/Mac/../../Src/DirectoryRegistry.cpp-283].  I am finding similar issues with Encore.  Haven't been able to get through to Adobe help as yet, anyone have an idea?

What Mac specifically? What version of OSX? Language setting?

The computer is an iMac with the i7 chip running the latest version of Lion.  I installed the suite of programs and found that some opened and some did not.  So far, I cannont open Premier Pro, Encore or Bridge.  I get different error messages for each.  The message above is what I see when trying to open Premier.

Which language is your default system language set to? This is critical as you may have installed support for langauges that your version of CS cannot handle. The common fix is to choose File --> Info or File --> Explore Package and remove e.g. Asian languages...
