Just paid AE, not installing on Win10
It hangs at 5%. I installed everything else, this is stuck.
No errors displayed, tried the obvious computer restart.
BTW the email from Adobe to confirm the address goes to NOT FOUND on their website!

It's true that if you pirate a software, you have LESS PROBLEMS than if you pay for one.
