Just purchased upgrade and the serial number I got from Adobe is "invalid"

I'm upgrading from Photoshop Elements 12 to 14, and when I enter the serial number from the email or from the download page, it says the number is not valid.  How can I contact a person to straighten this out?

Thanks!  I think I transposed two of the numbers, it being 3:30 AM didn't help. Working now!
