Just signed up and can’t sign in
Hey,
I've just signed back up to the photography plan having been off of it for a couple of years.
However I am totally unable to install anything. The creative cloud app opens my browser to sign in, returns to the app which then repeats opening a new browser tab to sign in. It will do this 4 or 5 times and then will say it can't connect to the server.
I've turned off my firewall, windows defender and this still doesn't help.
I then tried installing Creative Cloud via the windows store which installed but it still doesn't let me sign in.
The chatbot Adobe has is also no use at all and just tells me I don't have an active plan.
Running Windows 11 if that makes a difference.
Overall a terrible user experience.
