Kaleido Fx 4 Installation pro

I have bought Kaleido Fx 4, but when I go to Creative Cloud there is only a buy button, not an install button

in support of @Kanikas's suggestions, you need a cc subscription, and you need to have purchased that ps plugin using the same adobe id.

 

to confirm you did that, check that your account - https://account.adobe.com shows both.

 

if you did not use the same adobe id for both, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Do you have an active Creative Cloud subscription? Please make sure you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID.

I've now paid so my subscription includes Creative Cloud, but when I go into Kaleido Fx 4 I still only get the buy button.
