Ik heb mijn Adobe Acrobat X Pro, order #AD002820140NL (25-10-2011), act code [removed by moderator] op een nieuwe computer geïnstalleerd. De activeringscode wordt wel herkend, maar niet geaccepteerd, omdat er geen Adobe-product op de computer te vinden is (vanzelfsprekend). Hoe los ik dit op?

It sounds a bit like you are dealing with an upgrade installation and you are being asked to identify the older version that you upgraded from as well as to provide its serial number.

If that is not the case then please provide the actual message you get.
