Er der nogen som kan hjælpe? Jeg betaler årligt Adobe for hele pakken, men kan stadig ikke få lov til at opgradere til den seneste version af InDesign 2018. Jeg har prøvet at logge ud af min konto og ind igen og at lukke hele min iMac ned osv.
Jeg arbejder med min kollega som har samme abbonement som mig og nu kan jeg ikke åbne hendes filer. Er der nogen som kan hjælpe mig?

Could you please let us know if you are getting any error message while trying to update to the latest version?
What is the version of your Mac operating system?
Do you simply don't see an update available in the Creative Cloud desktop app? If yes, then this could happen if your computer doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for the latest version of InDesign CC, check the system requirements and confirm that they are met on your machine: InDesign system requirements.
