Kan inte logga in Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud på min dator uppmanar mig att logga med mitt Adobe ID, men säger sedan att det inte går att administrera och att jag ska logga in med användarnamn och lösen. Vilket jag nu gjort på denna sida, där det fungerar. Varför godkänner inte Adobe Creative Cloud på min dator inloggningen? Jag kan inte använda programmen utan att logga in.

do you see both logos?

if yes, check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if your account is what your expect, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
