keep getting error cde 1602 on my update. what do I do?

    What update on what system? As a general rule, updates not applying means there is a compatibility issue with anotehr app/ update already on the system. That being so, the easiest way would be to uninstall everything Adobe, reinstall using the original source media, then apply the updates based on how critical they are. Running the various Adobe cleaner tools may be necessary. If you provide more details, we will be happy to advise more specifically.
