I have Adobe Acrobat 9.5.5, I have had it so long I don't even remember when I got it.  I'm converting from Windows NT to Windows 7.  The install procedure for new operating system says I need to re-install programs after converting.  How can I re-install Abode Acrobat 9.5??

if you follow all 7 steps (especially steps 1,2 and 3) and that acrobat pro, you can download here: http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem (error message, unavailable page or you are offered a current adobe version), you did NOT follow the directions.

the most common problem is failing to meticulously follow directions 1,2 and/or 3 which are needed to add an adobe.com cookie to your computer that allows you to download directly without using the akamai download manager.

again, follow the directions and you'll have no problem.

Is there any way to get my serial number out of the software I have loaded.  Have been unable to locate the email that it came in??

here are the prefered ways to find your serial number, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

but if your software is loaded and that's your only access, http://forums.adobe.com/thread/524119
