Question

Email ?! Kontaktformular?

Finde das echt nicht in Ordnung...

Hi to the community,

I have the same problem. I changed my windows, deactivated my old licenses of Lightroom 4 an Photoshop CS6 an now I just can't reinstall because downloads are not longer availabe. No chance to contact Adobe via support website.

Now I'm looking for other products than adobe - good bye adobe.

@Klaus27093028g5wn

most adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.

thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

Hello Kanika,

as the link you sent me takes me to the same page as the link tha kglad sent me (see my reply to his post). This page offers no means at all to contact anyone. Of course I might be a complete fool and not see the obvious.

So, my issue is that I just signed up for the institutional student subscription. First, in my account I read that I will get all programmes (100GB), but then the creative suite tells me that I get only Bridge, PS express and UXP Developer Tools and all other programmes only for a one-week trial, and today my account tells me that I need an administrator from my institution to give me access to the programmes.

Thank you for your support

If your question is about a problem with a specific program, asking in that forum may help with an answer

Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome

For general questions, ask here and someone may be able help... except, other users in a public forum can't help with account or payment problems

Hello, I do not need any help from a community member, I have a question concerning my subscription. But there is nowhere to ask.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
