L'installation Adobe creative cloud se bloque

Bonjour, après avoir effectué les conditions de paiement en ligne, Adobe nous redirige vers un fichier creativecloud_installer.dmg (je travaille sur iMac) mais lorsque je l'exécute, l'installation se bloque à 0,6% ! Comment faire pour avoir accès aux applications ? Merci d'avance. Corentin.

use a different browser and retry installing the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
