Laptop Crashed, how do I deactivate Illustrator so I can load it onto my new laptop?

My laptop died. I have Illustrator CS4 Student version on it. I bought a new laptop. How do I deactivate Illustrator from the dead laptop if I cannot access it so I can re-install it onto my new laptop? I already have Illustrator installed on the PC as well.

Thanks.

You can contact Support to have them deactivate the software for you. I recommend our Activation chat, which you can access at http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/?issue=myOptions_activate.
