Laptop specs for running several CC applications

I need to give our IT department specifications for a new laptop that will run several Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) at the same time.  Where can I find specifications like this?  I'm only seeing individual system requirements for each CC program.  What about running several?
