Laptop stolen. Need to deactivate LR and PS

We were burglarized, and my Macbook pro was stolen. How can I deactivate Lightroom 3 and PS CS5 extended, so that they won't be able to use it, and my photos. I have the discs for the softwares, so I would still want to re-install them later when I get my new computer. Thanks for your immediate reply. Would appreciate it.

You can't prevent the thieves from using your software - once it's activated, anyone can use it. The best thing to do would be to contact support to request a replacement serial number and have the old one blacklisted. At least that way the install may deactivate - if and when the computer ever goes online and incidentally happens to check for updates or something like that. there's really no way to control this beyond that.
