Laptop version of Creative Cloud suddenly thinks I was using a trial version and now it’s expired?
I have a Creative Cloud account which works fine on my phone, but on my laptop Adobe has suddenly started indicating that my trial version has expired and do I want to buy an account. No, I already have one, I had no trial version. If it's a trial version what am I making monthly payments towards? Please contact me to straighten this out. I have tried everything, spent complete days trying to resolve this issue but to no use.
