Latest CC InDesign not available

No updated version available for CC InDesign in my CC Desktop ; but I know for a fact that they're up to a way more recent version. Keep having to convert partners' files back to previous version. It's been over 2 weeks with these discrepancies. When/why?

P.S. And the Support from Adobe is VOID. No contact info, no chat, no nothing. Just a bunch of circular links. Very, very frustrating (but I guess my mere 1000 $ of subscription per year is peanuts for them).

Hi @Cath_at_Késako,

Assuming your computer meets or exceeds the min-requirements for latest InDesign software, try this:

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Hi @Nancy OShea , Thank you for taking the time to reply! I had already done that procedure; but repeated again anyway. And I still don't have the latest version ; when opening a partner's InDesign, I still have to convert for lack of latest version. Best, Cath

If you're on a Teams/Enterprise plan, ask your IT dept for assistance.
