Latest Lightroom is in Adobe Cloud, but not on my local machine in 'Applications' folder. Why?

All previous versions of LR always was physically on my HD, but now only loads from Adobe Cloud. I want it on my machine.... What do I need to do?

Please reinstall Lightroom CC and check if it shows up under Installed Applications on your Computer.
