Latest Updates appear to be really unstable

Question

Hey guys - anyone else having trouble following the latest update to CC2021? I have only been using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign but they have ALL been crashing several times a day. Lost a bunch of work one day and it is proving very frustrating... 😞

Does it require increased RAM or memory/graphics or something that I might not be aware of and this could be causing issues? It is saying that I have plenty of memory left but wondering if I need an upgraded graphics card or something. I cannot afford to be having so many issues 😞
