Launch and crash issue

Okay I am at the end of my wits with adobe because i did not pay 20 a month just to have NONE of my apps work.I downloaded Animate on creative cloud,tried to get help with the launch and automatic crash issue but it I DID nothing.I thought this was only a single app event but NO.It is not!My class starts to use Indesign so i downloaded it and have it installed.Launched it and what did i see BUT IT TOO CRASHED.I am utterly disappointed because I TRIED everything,including reorganizing the cache,uninstalling and reinstalling.But I just cannot seem to trust adobe anymore,because I am not sure why it's a problem and why NONE of the apps I purchased worked.Why sell a product when IT IS USELESS and doesn't work.Support doesn't help me with it very much and I am very close to giving up and demanding to end my contract.Does someone know what I can do to fix the issue because NOTHING seems to work!I'm going to try disabling norton firewall but if it doesn't work then I am just not sure what to say.Just give me a fix because I do NOT understand why its one problem but you need to try multiple solutions to fix it.This is absolutely ridiculous!
