Launch Error

I have CS4 master suite, I wanted to start using Contribute and launched the program and the error "no file found" came up. I did a uninstall & reinstall without success. I also purchased Contribute 6.5 and can't register it as a purchase because the CS4 version won't launch, or at least I think that's the reason.

    Do none of the softwares in the Master Suite launch?

    Try running the Creative Suite Cleaner tool to uninstall the suite completely and reinstall.

    Also does Contribute 6.5 launch correctly? It's not a part of CS4 Suite so it should be working correctly.

    Thanks Ravi, 6.5 is launching correctly. I'll use the Cleaner tool.
