Legitimate license revoked after 12 years!

The Lightroom license I have that is listed within my Adobe account has been revoked as I found when i tried to change laptop. The on-line subscription product is of no interest as I go travelling for many weeks at a time photographing African wildlife.

How can I recover the product please?

Does the message revoked, or activations used up? (I can't remember the exact words)

For a 12 year old program you MAY have this problem

Thank you both. Bizarrely it suddenly decided to open the program and appears to be working, although it has lost the links and settings that I had built previously. However I am not going to complain as I am hugely relieved!
