Let us please choose the language for every App/Version or let us install multiple language versions

Question

Hello, sometimes it is necessary to install different language version of different Apps. But everytime i change the language in the cloud for example to german. All my english version are disapearing from the cloud menu.

And because sometimes i need to switch language, it would be great to install many languages as option and let us choose at start-up what language we want to start.

So please make it possible to choose the language at least for every App, better let us install multiple versions and make than make a start-up menu appear, which let us choose the language.

This should be easy to realize.
