Library does not initialize

After my last updates of Creative Suite products my library will not initizalize.  Anyone know the solution?

    Hi,

    Please try the steps below:

    • Close all the Adobe apps
    • End the process (CCLibrary or any Adobe process) from the task manager/activity monitor.
    • Relaunch any application and check.
